Cinematic Lines & 3D Flow

Forget racing gates—I'm here for the buttery smooth cinematic one-takes and those moments when you commit to a 3D line that shouldn't work but does. It's about finding flow states at altitude, threading architecture like it's choreography, and occasionally defying physics just because the shot demands it. I'm chasing that Jaybird Films aesthetic where every frame counts and the impossible becomes routine. The goggles go on, muscle memory takes over, and suddenly you're painting with momentum. It's meditation meets adrenaline, and I'm completely hooked.

02 — Build

Complexity from Simple Blocks

Here's the thing about Lego: It's the purest form of creation available to humans. No code to debug. No materials to source. Just you, a pile of ABS plastic, and the nagging feeling that "just one more brick" will fix everything. I'm talking modular buildings that probably took three times longer than they should have, MOCs that exist in that beautiful space between "impressive" and "I need help," and the kind of architectural experiments that make you wonder if you missed your calling. It's meditation with instructions that I promptly ignore. And yes, I'm a founding member of Bricka—because apparently one obsessive hobby needed a publication.

When Salehe Met Crocs

Look, I never thought I'd be this invested in what Salehe Bembury is doing with foam footwear, but here we are. The man took Crocs—CROCS—and turned them into sculptural art you actually want to wear. Those fingerprint textures, the Spunge collaborations, the way he makes utility feel like luxury... it's the perfect example of what happens when someone refuses to accept that "functional" has to mean "boring." I'm obsessed with designers who understand that the details matter, that color blocking is a language, and that sometimes the wildest creative choices are the ones that work best. This is gorpcore meeting high design, and I'm absolutely here for it.

04 — Currently Into

Right Now, I'm Deep In...

Just picked up a Kindle Scribe and I'm rediscovering why I fell in love with reading in the first place. Currently burning through Pluribus—hard sci-fi that actually respects your intelligence—and re-watching The Expanse for the third time because apparently I needed more existential dread about humanity's future in space. There's something about good science fiction that scratches the same itch as building with Lego or nailing a perfect FPV line: It's all about possibility, execution, and the satisfaction of systems that actually work. Also, taking notes on the Scribe feels like cheating. In a good way.
